Here are photos taken by my father, Arthur L. Dahl. See the captions in the slide show view for descriptions. Photos labelled as “Pebble Beach” were taken at our home in Pebble Beach, California. My parents, Joyce and Arthur Dahl, had four sons: Keith, Arthur Lyon, Roger and me. My father served on the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United States from 1957 to 1968, and as its Treasurer 1958-68. My mother served on the National Teaching Committee 1937-40, on various other committees, and as Auxiliary Board Member from 1977 to 1986. Among my mother’s close friends who feature in these photos were fellow Auxiliary Board Member Nancy Phillips (living in Phoenix), and Marion Holley Hofman, who was her roommate at Stanford.

Hands of the Cause in these photos (not always identified as such) include: Leroy Ioas, Paul Haney, Rúhíyyih Khánum, Tarázu’lláh Samandarí, Hasan Balyuzi, John Ferraby, Jalál Kházeh, Horace Holley, Ugo Giachery, ‘Alí-Akbar Furútan, Enoch Olinga, John Robarts, and William Sears.
